All purchases of The Quiet Wallet products are digital downloads. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with a secure, time-limited download link. It is your responsibility to:

  • Download and save the Materials promptly, as download links expire after 14 days from purchase unless otherwise specified.
  • Ensure your device meets the technical requirements for accessing and using the Materials (e.g., PDF readers, internet connection).
  • Keep your download link and access credentials confidential.

Technical Specifications:

  • The Materials are provided in PDF format and are compatible with standard PDF readers.
  • Video guides require a stable internet connection and a modern web browser.
  • The Quiet Wallet is not responsible for any technical issues arising from your device, internet service provider, or software.

3. Refunds & Customer Support

Due to the digital nature of the product, no refunds are issued after purchase unless:

  • The product is defective (e.g., corrupted files, missing pages).
  • The product is not as described (e.g., incorrect content, missing sections).
  • You experience technical issues downloading or accessing the Materials that are not resolved by The Quiet Wallet support team within a reasonable timeframe (5 business days).

Refund Request Process:

  1. Contact support@quietwallet.pro within 14 days of purchase.
  2. Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
  4. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Dissatisfaction with the content or method.
  • Changes of mind or buyer’s remorse.
  • Minor discrepancies between expectations and results.
  • Issues arising from third-party software or services (e.g., PDF readers, video players).

4. Liability & Disclaimers

No Warranty:
The Quiet Wallet materials are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Quiet Wallet disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Non-infringement of third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability:
